Nongoma TV is an internet television from Nongoma, South Africa, providing Community Live events, Information and Entertainment in Zulu and English.
Also NONGOMA TV is a non-profit, community television station serving the whole area under Nongoma municipality
HISTORY
26 March 2006: Channel goes on air for the first time . This was happening in patches.
12 August 2010 : Full six hour broadcast starts from new studio in Ophalule
13 March 2013 : New office Empangeni
01 April 2014 The channel move to newly built CIG studios at Nhlophenkulu

JOB APPLICATION
Nongoma TV is a non profit organisation. From time to time the channel makes announcements for voluntary applications. Application are usually made available on this website . Altanatively can be obtained at CIG studios. Announcement are madeon social media and at an entrance of the CIGstudio building for a specific post
CONTENT CREATION
We accept people that want to supply us with footage for free as long as its legal. By legal we mean not copyrighted, sexual explicit free. Not hormophobic and also viewable. Send the footage to CIG studios via email or physically show up in CIG studios.You will receive a recept/confirmation of supply form. We will then to let you know if it was succsseful or not.
SHOWS
If you want to have a show on Nongoma TV phone and ask for the email . In your email tell us about your intention and how the show can be funded. If its a good idea we will call you and arrange a meeting with you.
MUSIC SUBMISSION
We play Mbhaqanga,scthamiya, Amapiano maskandi,indlamu,gospel and hihop. Only among those genres we can play our music at the moment .
